How your clients use the client portal (a guide you can share)
A plain-language guide for customers: signing in, projects, invoices, contracts, tickets, files and messages.
Send this page, or its steps, to a client when you give them portal access.
Open the portal address your provider gave you, at /client on their GodoERP site, and sign in with the email and password you received. You can only see your own company's records. Which sections you see depends on what your provider switched on for you.
What you can do
- Dashboard: a summary of your work with the provider.
- Projects: open a project to see its status and progress. Post feedback on it.
- Messages: write to the project team and read their replies. Messages are in the project's Messages tab.
- Files: download the files they shared with you, and upload files for them.
- Contracts: read a contract, download the PDF, then Accept or Decline it.
- Invoices: view each invoice and download the PDF. If your provider accepts online payments, click Pay now on an unpaid invoice to pay with GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer.
- Tickets: create a new request, read the answer, and reply. A ticket you raise reaches the support team.
- Notifications: see new activity, open it, or mark all as read.
- Passwords: if the project has a shared password area, you can add and reveal logins there. Keep them to what the project needs.
Pay an invoice online
- Click Pay now on the invoice (in the portal, or in the invoice email).
- Choose GCash, Maya, card or online banking and finish paying on the secure payment page, or pay by bank transfer to the account shown.
- Paid online? You come back to a Payment received page and get a confirmation by email.
- Paid by bank transfer? Use I already paid: send proof of payment and attach your receipt or screenshot. Your provider confirms it once the money arrives.
Your profile and password
Open My profile to update your name, phone and job title, or change your password (you need your current password). Your email is your login and can only be changed by your provider.
Need a reset?
Forgot your password? Ask the person who invited you to send a password reset email. They can also change what you can see.
Tip for providers: Tick visible to client on a file before they can download it, and keep internal notes in Notes, not messages.
