Electronic records tools: SAF export and EIS settings
Export your records as a SAF-ready file, review the built-in checklist, and set up EIS transmission if you use it.
GodoERP is accounting software, not the BIR. This screen gathers tools that export your records and connect to an electronic invoicing service if you choose to use one. Using them does not certify that your business meets any BIR requirement. Ask your accountant what applies to you.
Where: the screen named BIR Compliance, under Reports or your BIR menu.
The summary cards
At the top you see the ACCN and declared CAS you entered, and whether EIS is on. Fill in these details under Company settings first.
The checklist
Each line shows a status such as implemented, verify or staged. It describes what GodoERP provides, for example the invoice number series and CSV or DAT report exports. Lines marked verify (such as keeping backups) are for you to check, and staged items are prepared but not fully live. Treat it as a reminder list, not a certification.
Generate a SAF-ready export
- In the SAF card, choose From and To dates.
- Click the export button. A ZIP of your electronic records for that range is created.
- Download it from the list of recent exports (the last 10 are shown).
Generating and downloading exports are recorded in the activity log.
EIS settings
Settings › BIR EIS (also linked as EIS Integration Settings):
- Enable transmission, and choose the environment: sandbox or production.
- Endpoint: the EIS address you were given. It is required before you can enable transmission.
- API credential: stored securely. Leave it blank on save to keep the existing one.
- Automatic transmission: send invoices without a manual click.
For each invoice, an EIS record is prepared and hashed first. It is not sent until it is transmitted. Use Send on the transmission record, and check its status in the recent transmissions list.
Important: Use sandbox until your accountant confirms your production setup. Settings changes are logged with your name.
