Set up the Filing Calendar

Choose the forms your business files and see the due dates and amounts GodoERP calculates from your books.

Updated Oct 30, 2026

The Filing Calendar is a reminder tool. It lists the forms you choose, with due dates and amounts that GodoERP calculates from your books. It doesn't file anything, and it is not an official BIR schedule.

Where: Reports › BIR Filing Calendar. Upcoming items also show on your Dashboard.

One-time setup

  1. Open the calendar and click Registered forms.
  2. Tick the forms your business files. Your accountant can tell you which ones.
  3. Enter the Filing start date for each form, as your accountant advises.
  4. Save.

Using it

  • Overdue (not marked filed) and Due in the next 14 days appear at the top.
  • Each row shows the Form, Period, Due date and the Amount (books) calculated from your records.
  • Open an item to see the details. Mark it filed once you have filed it yourself.

Amounts

Amounts come from your recorded transactions and your Company Settings. For example, a withholding tax amount is built from the withholding lines on your bills and expenses, and a certificate is counted as done when every line has been issued one.

Note: Due dates and amounts here are for your own reminders. GodoERP is not the BIR or a tax adviser. Confirm them with your accountant or the BIR before you file or pay.
