Prepare the quarterly percentage tax worksheet (2551Q)

For non-VAT companies: see the percentage tax worksheet GodoERP builds from your sales and record the payment.

Updated Nov 1, 2026

This worksheet appears for companies set to Non-VAT Registered without the 8% option. It prepares figures from your books. It doesn't file anything, and the rate used is the one in your Company Settings.

Where: Reports › Percentage Tax (2551Q).

The worksheet

Open a quarter to see:

  • Gross sales on non-VAT invoices
  • Less: credit notes
  • Other receipts recorded under Income
  • Taxable gross sales / receipts × Tax rate = Percentage tax due

Check the Tax rate in Company Settings with your accountant.

Record the return you filed

After you have filed and paid outside GodoERP:

  1. Fill in Date filed / paid, Paid from and Reference.
  2. Click Record return.

GodoERP posts the tax expense and the payable, then the payment from your bank.

Note: If the page says This company does not file percentage tax, your Company Settings show VAT-registered, the 8% option or exempt. Check Company Settings if that is wrong. GodoERP is not the BIR or a tax adviser, so confirm figures and deadlines with your accountant.
