Remit SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax (1601-C)
See what's due from posted payroll, record each payment, and prepare BIR Form 1601-C.
Remittances are based on posted payroll, so post the month's payroll first.
SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions
Where: HR › Compliance & Reports › Contribution Remittances.
- Choose the Contribution year and month and click Show.
- For each agency you'll see what's Due, what's been Remitted and the Balance. SSS and Pag-IBIG loan repayments withheld from employees are listed too.
- After paying, enter the Amount, Date paid, Paid from (bank account) and the reference number, then click Post remittance.
Each payment posts Dr the agency's payable and Cr your bank, so the payable clears. Agency reports such as SSS R-3 are under Compliance & Reports.
Withholding tax on compensation: BIR Form 1601-C
Where: HR › Compliance & Reports › BIR Form 1601-C.
- Choose the Year and Month and click View. You get the monthly tax withheld with a per-employee schedule. Only posted payroll, posted 13th month runs and posted annualization runs are included.
- File and pay outside GodoERP, using these figures.
- Open BIR tax remittances →, enter the Amount, Date paid, Paid from and the BIR reference, then click Post remittance. This posts Dr withholding tax payable and Cr your bank.
Note: Other charges, such as surcharges or interest, aren't posted here. Ask your accountant how to book them.
Important: GodoERP is not SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG or the BIR. Check contribution tables, deadlines and amounts with the agency and your accountant. Rates change from time to time.
